Congratulations to our PhD candidate Mariano De Cristofaro for his talk at the international Joint IUPAC–DSM Workshop on LC-MS Method Validation and Performance, an event promoted by IUPAC, the global authority in analytical method validation, and supported by Accredia, the Italian national accreditation body.
The title of the presented talk was "DoE-driven workflow for reliable peptide quantification in saliva of chronic kidney disease patients". Mariano’s contribution highlighted the importance of developing robust, Design of Experiments–based analytical workflows for peptide quantification in alternative biofluids such as saliva; a crucial step toward advancing chronic kidney disease monitoring. This approach supports the broader goal of establishing non-invasive and reliable analytical methods for clinical research applications.
